Commissioned as a concierge desk for a new residential development in East London, the origins of the Slab Chair are rooted in Brutalist architecture and design. Working with simple shapes and raw materials such as scorched ash, concrete, brass and velvet, we created a set of idiosyncratic dining chairs.
