A bespoke bar designed and crafted by Temper Studio for a private residence. An awkward corner of the main living space presented an opportunity to design something completely bespoke and gather together some of our favourite materials and finishes. The surface is custom-cast polished concrete, the trim is brass with a soft scrubbed finish and the panelling is our signature ‘Choppy Waters’ carved finish in British oak. The bar itself comprises a drinks cupboard in the rounded end as well as space to two fridges, an ice machine and two generous drawers. A wall mounted shelving unit displays spirits and launches out at the ceiling to become a shelf and rack for storing glasses overhead. All softly lit with dimmable LEDs.
